Location, hot tub

We spent a wonderful two nights here. I had stayed here in 2019 with another family group and enjoyed it so much I made sure my husband and I stayed here on this trip. We loved the location out in the middle of the lava fields. The hot tub was wonderful. We saw the Northern Lights in full display on both nights. The beds were comfortable. The house was well stocked. Even had slippers for the guests. Our host was amazing. Due to a wrong turn we ended up stuck in a snow drift and he came and rescued us within an hour. He definitely gets a 10 star for rescuing us. If traveling here from Vik, do not take the first turn on to 204 from Route 1. Go into town and take 204 from town. Google Maps may say the first turn is shorter in length and time but it is an unpaved road and very bumpy. We hope to return one year in the summer and definitely will plan to spend another visit here.
