The room had a couple of significant issues that affected our stay. Light from the lobby and the adjacent room was constantly entering our room because the door was made of white opaque glass. In addition, our room was located in the basement directly below the main entrance, so we could constantly hear luggage being dragged and rolled overhead. The combination of the light intrusion and ongoing noise made it difficult to get a quiet and restful stay.
