Zero regrets! Clean and comfortable

We checked in and they gave us keys to our room. When we got to our room, someone’s stuff was already in there. Come to find out they checked someone else into a room i already paid for. Mind you, our room was on another floor and all the way in the back of the building, so it was a lot of extra walking back and forth due to their mistake. They fixed it and Blamed it on the new system.
