Nothing at all. Staff rude to the fullest Owner terrible evil just like the Old man in reception at night they don't accept the reservations online because the rates online are cheap and in the hotel he charges $100!! For one day, no towels no toilet paper no soap, everything the guest has to pay for.. The said they have free breakfast in the morning, which the charge is already in the room fee, but there ain't no such thing served or offerd there!! Mean rude scammers and thief's. Health department with them!!

Just walking distance to Arbat Street were able to enjoy walking on winter nights. Breakfast options were just right. Our room was spacious. The staffs were helpful as we stayed on the last floor with our huge luggages.
